Purple Line Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purple Line

Customers Fault Description : When using the reverse button, after a while the motor stops moving.
I let go for a few seconds and then press it again and it starts moving again. This only happens on this button, all the others seem to be working ok.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was foudn to be consistently transmitting on each button press with no apparent signal drops.

The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.

It was noted that the battery terminals were impacted slightly which "could" cause power drops, these were bent into place making a solid power connwection, this is not a chargable repair.

The customer is to check all connections on the receiver / motor on return and try the controller with decent quality batteries such as Duracell.
