Focalpoint Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The temperature setting button is split

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the facia was damaged with a part of one of the buttons being ripped apart and the top left button starting to crack around the central point.
These facias are not available as spares making a replacement not possible. Instead, we peeled back the original facia and then fitted replacement button caps under the original facia. This restored full functionality and also seal the facia to limit the amount of contamination that can enter the remotes case.
