There only seems to be a couple of buttons working intermittently, think the last owner left old batteries in the remote

This Motor mover remote control arrived safely from Falkirk and on testing was found not to power on from its double power button press.
On peeling back the facia there was a mass of contamination on the button array. The array was etched clean and then the terminals replaced which restored full functionality.
