Reich Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The on/off button has stopped working. When we could switch the remote on all of the other buttons worked.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan mover remote controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening unfortunately the PCB had signs of a battery leak which has led to corrosion over both sides of the print (see image), due to this a repair is sadly not possible.
