Customer's Fault Description
The lighting system was installed approximately 20 years ago. It was supplied with 3 portable remotes one of which I am sending to you for repair. On that remote, button 1 is not working at all and some of the other buttons can from time to time be a little 'sticky' in their operation.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Lighting system remote controller arrived safely from Chislehurst and on testing was found ot have erratic response and a non funcitoning "1" button.
The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality to all buttons.
