Customer's Fault Description
Not totally sure , but unit won’t sync/ talk to the control unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Quattro (motor mover) Handset arrived safely and on testing was found to power up and have a strong radio frequency signal.
All buttons were tested and the only issue found was that the button labeled "E" was non responsive, all other buttons were found to work as normal.
As this fault description does not match the customers the customer is to contact us to establish if they wasn't the erroneous button repaired on the understanding that this will not fix any "not pairing" issue, the pairing issue could be a fault with the receiver.
The customer requested the erroneous button to be repaired, this was done by bridging a corrosion spot (open circuit) in the print. (see testing video)
