ADJUSTAMATIC Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : ADJUSTAMATIC
Customers Fault Description : One of the hand controllers is not operating any buttons (on either motors)and shows a very feint green light.. ONLY ONE WAS SENT
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Elite Adjustable Massage Bed remote control arrived safely and on opening the cable plug was loose and not connected fully to the PCB socket, this was due to the gromet breaking allowing the cable to be pulled out.
The plug was refitted and then hot glue used to hold it in place, then the gromet was repaired.
No other issue could be found with the remote. The customer is to test the remote fully on return (we do not have a bed to plug this item into which makes testing limited)
Item found not to function on return, refunded 11th May 2023
