Customer's Fault Description
I was away from home for a couple of days and had set heating to come on about 6.00pm. When I got in, no heating was on but the thermostat was reading 35 degree C (it was about 8 degree C!) I replaced batteries and switched the main system off & on to re-set but the thermostat still at the highest temperature. It would appear the thermostat element is faulty and I would like it fixed please. The System is about 3 years old and fitted from new. Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Climapro remote control arrived safely from Cowes and on testing was confirmed to be stuck at 35 Degrees.
This was due to a faulty SMD thermocouple, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
