Glow Worm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I was away from home for a couple of days and had set heating to come on about 6.00pm. When I got in, no heating was on but the thermostat was reading 35 degree C (it was about 8 degree C!) I replaced batteries and switched the main system off & on to re-set but the thermostat still at the highest temperature. It would appear the thermostat element is faulty and I would like it fixed please. The System is about 3 years old and fitted from new. Thanks

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Climapro remote control arrived safely from Cowes and on testing was confirmed to be stuck at 35 Degrees.

This was due to a faulty SMD thermocouple, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
