Ultraframe Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Buttons seem to be sticking, as the red LED light continually flashes. wrong buttons activating the green light switch.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Conservatory vents and light switch remote controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia was found to be damage with one button cap being missing.
On testing the remote would have erratic response, the led would light up and transmit without a button being pressed but after a short while the LED would stop flashing and then some of the buttons would work whilst others were non functioning at all.
This is all due to the traces within the button array decomposing, sadly this facia is not available as a spare which makes a repair not possible.
