Bose Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Bose

Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn't work. Rust noted at the battery terminal. ? Battery leak.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Home theatre system remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead and the terminals had signs of a battery leak.

When opened the terminals were found to be damaged and unfortunately there was corrosion in the print caused by the battery acid. Sadly due to the damage a repair is not possible.
