Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not responding to anything. New battery added but still nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor Mover remote control (527-0520) arrived safely from Lincoln and it arrived with a stamped address envelope, this cannot be used as the postal service will not pick it up from our premises, we expressly state not to send a stamped addressed envelope for this purpose. This will be returned with the remote unused.
On testing the remote was confirmed to not power on from its double power button press.
The battery cable was extremely small which had led to internal damage to the wires. Once a replacement battery cable was fitted the remote would then power up as normal.
