Customer's Fault Description
Remote will no longer turn the tv on. Have changed the battery but this has made no difference. Doesn’t seem to be any infra red light coming from the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This TV remote arrived safely from Gloucester and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The controller was tested at random intervals over a couple of days with no issue being found.
