Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The Heat button is not working at all and sometimes the other two buttons take a bit of persuasion to work .
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor gas fire remote control arrived safely from Southampton and on inspeciton the batter cover was foudn to be missing (this cennot be replaced as spares are not available)
On testing the Heat button was confirmed to be non responsive. This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
