Customer's Fault Description
Nothing works although the red light on the remote lights when the on/off switch is pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Fan/ light controller arrived safely and on testing the LED would illuminate but no signal was being transmitted. The case has suffered some damage and pieces are missing (see image)
Unfortunately when opened there was a mass of corrosion over many parts of the PCB from a battery leak, this has made a repair not possible.
We do have a clone available that will work the Fan / Lighting system, this is priced the same as a repair £20 plus postage),
