Customer's Fault Description
the handset has five buttons - Reset at the top, the two underneath are to lower backrest and raise backrest. the two under that are on the left the foot raiser, which is not working and on the right the seat lifter. the bottom two are the vital ones for my husband who has Parkinsons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This handset for a rise and recline chair arrived safely from Cosham and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
