Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Hormann Garage Door Remote HSE 2 - 868 arrived safely from Retford and on inspection was missing its button caps and the case was loose.
Custom button caps were fitted which required the buttons them selves to be fitted with longer shafts (see image).
The case itself appears to be missing its retaining clips which seem to have broken off, the cases themselves are not available as spares which means that a small piece of PVC tape is used to stop the remote from breaking apart (we cannot glue it together as the battery would not be able to be replaced in the future.
