Customer's Fault Description
The start button is not working. Obviously due to the start button not working we do not know if other buttons are working also. They were up until it stopped working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Automatic Bale Wrap Controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal and after a couple of minutes a butrning smell could be noticed.
On opening there was a mass of corrosion / contamination over the PCB (see image). The PCB was cleared of contaminants but the issue remained and one of the transistors was found to get extremely hot. Unfortunately due to the amount of damage a repair is not possible.
