TV Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No response, cannot turn tv on, no light from remote when button pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote control arrived safely from Upminster and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The control was tested at random intervals over a 2 day period with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue could be that either a customers battery is at fault or the TV itself is at fault.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate a customer battery issue.
