Customer's Fault Description
Remote stopped working one day , the red light is flashing but I think there is a problem with the signal. <br /> I have another fan in the house and the remote for that one , works both fans without any issue . <br /> The faulty fan remote doesn’t work any of them.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This DD2 remote control arrived safely form Motherwell and on testing was found to not be transmitting an infra red signal.

This was due to a faulty IR LED, the LED was replaced which restored full funciotnality.
