DD2 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : DD2

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working one day , the red light is flashing but I think there is a problem with the signal.
I have another fan in the house and the remote for that one , works both fans without any issue .
The faulty fan remote doesn’t work any of them.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This DD2 remote control arrived safely form Motherwell and on testing was found to not be transmitting an infra red signal.

This was due to a faulty IR LED, the LED was replaced which restored full funciotnality.
