Remocon Fixed code Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Remocon
Model : Fixed code
Customers Fault Description : Not working although the battery is good.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two remotes arrived safely from Birmingham and on testing were both found to be functioning as normal on each button. At first it was thought that the remotes would need coding with the receiver but after talking to the customer the fault description given by the customer was that the remote was intermittent meaning it would not be a coding issue.
The batteries in the remote are non branded and it is highly recommended to replace the batteries with quality branded batteries to eliminate the possibility of it being a poor quality battery issue which is possible with radio frequency remotes.
Failing that it could be an issue with the receiver. These items have been classed as no fault found and only the return postal charge of £6 is required as per the sites terms (we don't charge for looking at the items)
