Customer's Fault Description
Hi Martin as discussed on the phone - one remote charges but only lasts 6-7 holes - the other doesn't charge but works if connected to a battery pack - which is inconvenient
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two golf trolley remote controls arrived safely from Evesham and on opening the first the battery terminals were damaged (this is very common), a replacement battery was fitted.
The other remote was found to not hold a charge for long, when the battery was removed it was found to have "bubbled" which is a sign of an internal breakdown. Again the battery was replaced.
