Customer's Fault Description
Hello , as per another of your customers , issues with the UP bottom making the TV raise from bed , was very sluggish, now not working at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This TV bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit on each button press as per normal operation. The control was tested repeatedly with no issues being found. After talking to the customer it was found that the indicator light would illuminate on each button press meaning that it is not likely a remote control handset issue.
