BSSB TV Bed Frame Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Charging port has snapped off the printed circuit board so cannot use the remote May also need new battery

This TV Bed Frame Lift Remote control arrived safely along with the cable which had the charge port still attached.

The remote was opened and there was print damage around where the port was meant to be.  The print was reworked and then the port fitted, this restored funcitonality.  It is important that due to the print damage its extremely important to plug and unplug the charging lead very carefully as it will be less secure than before.  Hot melt was used to try to give it extra stability.

There was no battery present, the customer will need to obtain the correct LIR2032 battery (it has to be rechargeable).  We do not supply batteries under our fixed repair cost.  You can get batteries from https://ebay.us/bLEWkW
