HOME AUTOMATION Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : BUTTONS NOT WORKING. JUST REQUIRE IT TO BE ABLE TO TURN LIGHTS ON AND OFF. IF YOU CAN DO ANYTHING ELSE IT IS A BONUS

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These Lighting Home Automation remotes arrived safely from West Midlands and on testing was found to have sluggish / non responsive buttons, many needing to be pressed extremely hard to activate.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place under all buttons which restored full functionality.

One of the remotes also was found to have missing battery terminals, these were replaced.
