Customer's Fault Description
The remote control stopped working. It seems that there are some parts loose as the move around inside of the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Control for a Revo Internet Radio arrived safely from Switzerland and on inspection was found to Rattle when shook and no signal was present on any button press.
On opening the "vanity" weight (serves no use but to make the remote feel more solid and higher quality) was found to have broken away from its housing, this had damaged the battery terminal.
The weight was glued back into position and then the terminal replaced which restored full functionality.
