Customer's Fault Description
Remote buttons are very temperamental sometimes don’t work sometimes takes a long time to actually turn the remote on after two presses. When holding a button down to operate the mover it will stop moving then start again without depressing the button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor Mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittently responding to its power button double press.
This was due to a few things, the buttons were intermittent, the Red LED was blown and the battery cable had damage. All were replaced which restored full functionality.
