Customers Fault Description : Dropped on floor . No longer works

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  The code being transmitted was tested and found to be correct. 

The remote was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated. 

This remote has been classed as no fault found.
