Customer's Fault Description
Battery connector is not working due to loose wire. Use of sticky tape provided temporary fix, but no longer working at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Faber Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Holywood and on inspection the battery cable was confirmed to be damaged.  This was replaced as well as the voltage regulator. Full functionality was restored.

The supplied battery was found to be totally drained and was disposed of, the customer will be required to get a new battery on return (we don't supply or ship items with batteries in)
