Customers Fault Description : Hi, the screen is blank on the controller. We have changed the batteries but the display screen is still blank. Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Dover and on testing was found to function as normal operation (see image).
The control was tested randomly over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
The customer is to check that the batteries are in the correct orientation (see image for the correct orientation)
This item has been classed as no fault found.
REMOTE WAS RETURNED AS THE FAULT SHOWED UP AGAIN BUT SADLY IT WAS DEEMED AS BEYOND REPAIR, THE REMOTE WAS DISPOSED OF AS PER THE USTOMERS TELEHPONE REQUEST 24 NOV 23
