I have two of these, I swapped the remotes and repaired and the other remote paired.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Watford and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal.
After talking to the customer it was established that the issue was in fact hte remote as another handset was tested withthe receiver.
This led to the conclusion that the 7133 regulator was intermittent which is a very common issue on these remotes.
The regulator and battery cable were replaced, the customer is to test the remote fully on return.
