Customer's Fault Description
All the usual digital symbols are appearing on the remote but the power button is not turning the fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Bristol and on inspectio nwas found to "rattle" when shook.
On testing the remote was found to transmit as per normal and each button functioned as normal.

It was requested to secure the metal vanity plate to prevent future damage (the vanity plate is a large metal weight), this was done which stopped the rattle.
