Customers Fault Description : The on/off buttons doesn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Winterwarm Plinth Heater remote control arrived safely from Bristol and on testing was foudn to be transmitting as per normal on each button.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested over a 2 day period with no fault being found.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
