Manufacturer : Flamerite fires

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was partially opened prior to arrival with us.
On testing the remote was found to be functioning as normal with a strong RF signal being present on each button press.
This remote has been classed as no fault found.
Please note that this remote requires a 12v battery (MN21/23 - https://ebay.us/21wRam )
The Dial at the back of the remote is to change the code of the remote, once a brand new battery is inserted the customer is to test the remote and if it doesn't effect the heater the dial is to be moved one step and then test the remote again with the heater, then repeat until the dial has gone a full 360 Degrees. If this does not work then it could be the receiver itself that is at fault.
