Focalpoint Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Focalpoint

Customers Fault Description : No light on remote Not changing pictures on screen

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely from Cardiff and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to the battery terminal being mangled (see image), this usually happens when a battery is inserted upside down.

The terminal was re-formed which restored full funcitonality.
