Reich Move Control Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Reich Move Control

Customers Fault Description : Light not coming on on the handset. Unable to operate the mover. Was previously intermittently cutting out; now it will not function at all.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to the ribbon connection being worn for the button facia, this ribbon connection was cut back by 1mm to bypass the damage.  The battery cable was also replaced.

Full functionality was restored.
