Bellfire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I think the issue is in the back of the remote where you place the batteries. Looks look a piece has come loose/is missing. Thanks!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Godalming and on inspection was missing one of its battery terminals.
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
