Customer's Fault Description
The buttons to turn on/up the gas fire are working fine.
The lower button to turn down/off the fire is not working. The battery has been renewed
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Torquay and on testing was found to transmit as per normal operation on each button press and our test receiver respond as per normal.
The remote was then tested at random times over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
It has been concluded that the issue is most likely with the customers receivers.
