Geberit Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Geberit
Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped on the floor. Seems to have an intermittent connection
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control arrived safely from Wickford and on testing was found to have intermittent power, if the item was moved the power would drop and then restore.
On opening the ribbon cable for the display was partially detached. This was seated firmly back into position.
The customer is to test the remote fully on return (we have limited testing ability of this item due to not having a receiver).
