Hunter stoves Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Hunter stoves
Customers Fault Description : Both the up and down buttons are no longer working. Really hoping you can fix it :-)
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote arrived safely from Maidstone and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal and would activate our test receiver.
The controller was then tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but no fault could be replicated.
It is possible that the issue is with the customers receiver itself, the customer is to check the batteries on the receiver and re-test the remote.
