Linear Treadmill Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Linear Treadmill
Customers Fault Description : changed the battery but the remote is still inactive.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two walking treadmill remote controls arrived safely and on testing one was found to be functioning as per normal.
The second remote control was found to have a deformed battery terminal which meant that it was not touching the battery properly making the remote dead. THis is a common issue caused by the incorrect insertion of the battery. The terminal was repositioned and then full functionality was restored.
Brand new CR2032 energizer batteries will be supplied fitted in each remote on return, it is important to note the terminal position when replacing the batteries in the future to prevent further dead issues.
