G Plan Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : G Plan

Customers Fault Description : Remote suddenly stopped working. Power still in transformer On unscrewing cover discovered brown yellow and blue wires detached from solder connections to circuit board

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

Ths Riser Recliner Chair remote control arrived safely from Woking and on inspection was found to have 3 detached wires from the PCB (see image).

The cable was soldered firmly back into place.

Remote failed when customer tested, its thought that the broken wires most likely shorted causing further issues, refunded 1st De 2023
