Caple CE1121 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote stopped working, no lights, the battery was replaced but still did not work.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Ceiling extractor remote control arrived safely from Stratton and on inspection was found to have a broken mounting pin for the PCB.  This meant that the buttons would not align with the counterpart button caps and therefore not function.

The PCB was hot glued firmly into place which restored full functionality. 

This remote was returned but it was found to drain batteries, this was not repairable and a refund was carried out 23rd Jan 2024
