Customer's Fault Description
Power supply: battery wires came adrift. Attempted replacement but unsuccessful. The remote was working fine before this problem arose when changing battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Paragon remote control arrived safely from Heswall and on testing was found to be dead.

The print for the battery cable was damaged, this was reworked and the battery cable and all 4 buttons replaced, full functionality was restored.
