Royal Titan Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote when switched on immediately starts one of the vans motors.Thetf are 2 independent motors that drive the caravan wheels. They move together for forward and reverse. They can operate independently for turning the van.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote for a caravan motor mover arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a resistance over numerous contacts of the button array. The facia was peeled back and all contaminates removed from the contacts but unfortunately the resistance remained. This means that the cross section of traces has become partially conductive. A replacement button facia is required but sadly these are not available as spares making a repair not possible.
