Remote Fixer Repair Response
These four brake roller remote control arrived safely from Southampton and on inspection three were missing their back covers and one had a damaged back cover.
The one with the damaged back cover was repaired by replacing IC and one of the filter caps.
One of the other remotes with the missing backs was also repaired by replacing the battery cable after reworking the burnt print traces.
The final two remotes were found to be beyond repair as the button facias were faulty which are not available as spares. Non of the backs could be replaced as spare cases are not available.
