EGO Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : EGO

Customers Fault Description : Main control unit not responding to remote unit. have replaced batteries, tried repairing. Was using it it heavy rain, remote did get wet. have opened up to dry but still not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from West Kirby and on testing was found to not respond to its power button.

This was found to be due to a corrosion spot in the print caused by water ingress.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
