None of the buttons are working even after new batteries.
The Lifestyle system is working using the limited buttons on the main unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Lifestyle 38 Remote Control RC38T1-40 arrived safely from Chelmsford and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The remote was tested randomly over a 3 day period with no issues being replicated.
It could be that the remote required pairing with the receiver again or it could be an issue with the receiver itself.
