Bose Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose
Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons are working even after new batteries. The Lifestyle system is working using the limited buttons on the main unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Lifestyle 38 Remote Control RC38T1-40 arrived safely from Chelmsford and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The remote was tested randomly over a 3 day period with no issues being replicated.
It could be that the remote required pairing with the receiver again or it could be an issue with the receiver itself.
