Customer's Fault Description
"On" button working normally. Receiver light illuminated when button pressed. "Off" button not working. No receiver light.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Airflame Excel Mk3 Gas Fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be functioning as normal but the receiver would not respond to the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the receiver, once the crystal was replaced full functionality was restored.
