ON and Inc heat buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote control arrived safely from St. Andrews and on inspection was missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced)
On testing the remote was found to function as normal. The bottom left button and the top right button must be pressed at the same time otherwise both will not work individually.
This is the correct functionality of this remote as it is a safety feature.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period with no faults being found and the infra red signal being transmitted was tested as correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
