Customer's Fault Description
Won’t respond at all. Changed the batteries, checked the connections as far as I can but no success . The machine works manually but not all the functions do.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Panasonic Combined radio/cd /cassette player remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. This was due to the battery terminal connections onto the PCB being worn making a poor connection. the connection points were reworked which restored full funcoitnality.
